Oil extracted from Ojai Pixie Tangerines is infused into our Provençale extra virgin olive oil to create the delightfully sweet & tangy taste of our Ojai Pixie Infused Olive Oil. Our Provençale extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a blend of Columella, Nocellara del Belice, Picholene, Arbosana & Cailletier olives. These olive varietals tend to produce very mild, smooth & fruity olive oils, and are harvested & milled late in the season to maximize the sweet and buttery notes of the fruit. Our olive oils are all made on our family owned & operated farm in the Ojai Valley, and are unfiltered, first-press & cold-pressed.
